The school social studies club aims at making children capable of becoming responsible, continuous and procedure members of the newly its activities focus on patriotism, discipline, understanding historical culture , social harmony and above all, humanity. Besides, we aim to develop the social skills of the children beyond the class room. Club activities also enhance the communicative skills of the children and make them confident.
To celebrate independence Day , the club organized poster making competitions and elocution was conducted for students of classes 8 ,9 and 10.Students presented talks on topic like Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, Quit India movement, etc in the morning assembly.
The Club Organized an essay writing, contest on the topic “Relevance of Gandhi  Jayanthi.And the Nation  celebrates Gandhiji’s 150th birth anniversary, the club conducted “One day, one question and one Winner” for the students.
